For months now, we have all been pretending that Courtney is invisible. She's a good sport, though, and continues to show up every day and pretend to do her job. Courtney always has a smile on her face, which we fear masks the deep emotional scarring she carries from her life-altering "There's a bird in my hair!" incident.
