Probably never in history has anyone appreciated being compared to glue, but with Angela, the metaphor is apt. She's the owner of that impossibly upbeat voice you hear on the phone when you call the office and of the bright and confident smile that greets you when you walk in our front door. Which, I acknowledge, has nothing to do with glue. Here's the glue part: Angela is also the force that holds everything together here, competently ensuring that everything in our office works like a well-oiled machine. Which, I admit, is more like oil. But it's sticky oil. (Angela, forgive me...I'll do better once I learn more embarrassing stories about you.)
